Reached device limit but only have 1 registered

I had all my tv's registered and was previously able to watch on all 3 then last week it said I couldn't watch on 2 of them I've removed all but 1 signed out and back in and will still only let me watch on 1 tv and saying I've reached my limit. Not sure what else

The problem you are facing is that you are only allowed 1 change a month. I'm not sure what happened to cause your system to stop you watching on the same TVs you have always watched on, but it seems to be treating them as new devices.

so you should be able to add 1 more in September etc, but if that's too long to wait I would suggest you try to persuade the Sky store support team that the system has gone wrong (they open at 11am). You will almost certainly need to get past the AI and reach a person (which can be tricky)
