Removing a Sky Store purchase

So I am wondering is there a way to remove a film permanently from the purchases section of Sky Store

I know it makes no difference, but might just be good to clear away existence of it altogether.

I'm thinking back to a post a few years ago and I think I remember that the Skystore support team have the ability to do this if you can persuade them to do so.

Can't do any harm to try - and if it can be done perhaps you could post back to confirm if possible or not.

They will be open at 11am.

It is tougher than it used to be to reach a person there but it can be done

Unfortunately, it does not seem possible

The reply i received is
