Sky store purchases

Hey guys I need help

basically I left Sky a few months ago because they upped my bill and I had the option to leave which I did. I purchased hundreds of Sky Store movies but when I log into the Sky Store app, there's only 35 showing. I've tried ringing Sky they seem to have no clue what to do eventually some of them have put me through to Sky Store department but all I hear is a few beeps and then the phone goes dead I have no clue what to do I've spent goodness knows how many hundreds on movies but I should be entitled to watch them or all my money back any help would be appreciated thank you

Sadly haven't got anywhere I was told that they would contact me and nobody has contacted me in weeks

The suggestion from @caesarome to

contact the Skystore support team (open from 11am) is still your best option I think

you need to get past the bot and speak to a human. If you are free, try going on the page at 10.59 today

Then you need to contact them again @patwick1987 and perhaps don't take No for an answer as this is something that is pretty common so they should be able to do it for you.

Update sky have finally sorted it I have access to all my movies thanks everyone
