Problems linking Skystore on TV

I purchased a movie using the Sky VIP voucher offer, but can only get this to download on the app on a phone, when we purchased it to watch on the TV. I can't seem to sign into Skystore on the TV, it just gives me a link to go to the app and follow instructions but no instructions come up, and on the app when selecting the option to link the app to the TV it just shows an error message saying the page is unavailable.

Does anyone know how to resolve this so we can watch purchases on the TV?

Well this link should take you to the place on the app where you can link your Sky ID (once you are signed in)

It's worth trying a different browser if you don't reach the page. For me using Safari on an iPhone it's there and working

The Skystore support team should be at work from 11am tomorrow if you get stuck

Thank you, the link does open but doesn't help with linking the account or purchases to the TV at all

I'm trying to understand @KCB8282 if, as in the section shown in my photo (may take a few minutes to appear) your SkyTV account is linked to your Skystore account

or if it offers you the choice to do so.

(checking also - do you actually have a Sky Tv account ?)

Once your accounts are linked, you should be able to view buy and keep movies both on your Sky box and on your devices

Does this help:

1) Log into SkyStore.com

2) Go to your 'My Account' section

3) Go down to 'My Sky Account' and to the right of this follow the link for 'Link my account'

4) Input the correct details that correspond with your Sky TV account

When I log in on Skystore.com it then just takes me straight to the sky.com site.

Just to be clear, we mean that you should log in to the Skystore app on your phone or tablet

then follow the steps suggested by @caesarome

Also - do you have a Sky TV account ?

other than an LG TV you can't access Skystore directly from a browser on a TV app (with an LG there is built in access to a Skystore app)

Yes I have a Sky TV account. When I try to log into the Skystore.com site from my phone it seems to think about it for ages then just takes me to the Sky.com site.

What about the Skystore app when on your phone @KCB8282 ?

When you are signed in on the app, do you see the pages mentioned above and the option to link your TV account to your Skystore account ?

When I log in on the Skystore app, it just goes straight to the movie I purchased. If I click on this it has an option underneath to 'link account to TV', but when I click this link and log into my Sky account it comes up with an error message saying the address is invalid.
