      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4693684"&gt;@Conan1419&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are right in saying that if you bought it on your phone you should be able to view it on your iPad if you are logged in on the same account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you can see it on your phone ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if so, then your purchase did complete - things to try are, logging out and logging in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try uninstalling then reinstalling the Skystore app. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one of those usually works. Other than that you can try the Skystore support team for assistance - they open at 11am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="Store" href="https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
