Try deleting/archiving the failed downloads before trying again.

I'm having the same issue for the 2nd time with sky store. I am unable to delete and try again as there is only a 'lock' option. I have purchased another film and this downloaded with no issues. This is the 2nd time this has happened and Sky help is absolutely useless.

It's a buy and keep. I have the 1tb Sky Q box and currently on hold with sky customer services

Apologies. Sky Q 2TB box and been with sky since I've moved out of the family home so been with them 15 years

If you haven't tried - might be worth accessing the movie on a phone using the Skystore app and selecting "send to box"

see if that forces it across

They have removed the film now from Sky Store so they must have made a mistake or something as it's been there until I have contacted Sky.
