    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my email on sky glass over 3yrs ago but every time my tv updated it went back to old email.&amp;nbsp; Almost all the movies i purchased ( 30+) are under old email. On last update everything vanished like prime Disney etc.&amp;nbsp; I phoned sky regarding these issues to findout that it's because of my old email (which I had changed 5 times) and not the new email I provided&amp;nbsp; that was the issue.&amp;nbsp; We changed the email again only for it to revert straight back to the old email. Sky box office promised me a manager would call me back yesterday Friday but i did say to them that they wouldn't phone back.&amp;nbsp; It's like I'm been punished for sky's mistakes regarding thing's that they control not us.&amp;nbsp; We do things correctly so why can't sky just say hay we all make mistakes we're only human but they do not but we have to.&amp;nbsp; Sky you so should pay me back for all the movies I've lost because of your mistakes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
