Our technical team is already aware of this issue and is actively working with LG to resolve it as a priority.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I understand how disappointing this is, especially when everything else on the TV is working fine and you’d prefer to watch your purchased content on the big screen. Please rest assured that this isn’t an issue caused by your TV settings or network, and there’s nothing further you need to do on your side right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;In the meantime, you can continue to access your Sky Store purchases on supported devices such as your mobile phone, tablet, or other compatible platforms.       <title>Sky Store App stopped working on my LG TV - black screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Store stopped working on my LG TV last week (mid April 2026). The Sky Store logo comes up, but then the screen goes black...and nothing happens, even if left for ages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked online, and it seems this has happened to other users with LG TVs...and it looks like they have not been helped at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already tried uninstalling the Sky Store App and then re-installing it. I have "hard rebooted" the TV by switching off...unplugging...and holding down the power button. I have done this several times. None of this has helped...and I still get a black screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My TV has all updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No other app is affected, only Sky Store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps a recent update has caused this issue, I don't know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Sky Store app works fine on my phone...but I want to watch my purchased films on my big TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, can anyone help me...and others with the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry Sky Store...but so much for being a "priority issue" for you. I'm guessing an update from either Sky or LG caused the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why not try an actual LG TV yourselves, roll back updates, see what's caused it...and get it sorted?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see more and more Sky customers with the very same problem...without any progress reports so we know what's going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Personally, I suspect it is NOT a priority for you and it's being ignored, or put on the back burner. This is very frustrating as my 2 year old TV, with all its updates, was working perfectly up until mid April. Now I can't watch my purchased films...if it's not resolved, how about issuing me a refund on the films, so I can re-purchase them on a different platform...one that works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I await your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
