    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried LG support for an update on this&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2856748"&gt;@Bambi79&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This fault is being reported by several users but is not across all LG TVs - my 2021 model works fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it would be interesting to hear from LG to see if they recognise it officially and if there is a fix expected&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Store App Unavailable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to get into Sky Store App on my LG TV. It won't seem to load at all &amp;amp; is totally unresponsive. All I get is a blank screen. I have tried deleting the app then reinstalled it but it's no different.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
