Pre ordered avatar fire ash it releases 31 march today. But not giving option to play on any device. Why?

Which service have you purchased it on?

You can buy it in UHD on Prime Video or Apple TV for the same price as Sky Store charge for HD.

This does sometimes happens with new releases so if you get in touch with Sky Store support they might be able to cancel this pre-order for you which should then allow you to purchase it again.

Hi ty for reply. I called them apparently theres an issue being reported with the movie

No play option even tho purchased. Stops after a few mins. I bought the bonus edition so unsure if its that particular one thats problematic. They credit me and I had to buy the "normal movie' option. That was instantly playable. So they are apparently aware of the issue and trying to resolve.
