Some Sky Store movies I bought are no longer on my Sky Q box

I noticed a movie I bought on Sky Store is misssing in my purchases on my Sky Q box so I checked and have now found 3 are no longer there. They are all still in my library on the Sky Store app but nothing happens when I send them to my Sky Q box. The movies are still available to buy on the Sky Store when I search for them on my tv / Sky Q box but they show that I haven't purchased them yet they are also available and watchable / downloadable on my Sky Store app on my phone. I obviously want / need to send them to my sky Q box or make them available again somehow on that device. any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
