My March TV bill looks incorrect. It states that I purchased a film. The Dommes next door part 2 for £9.99. I can assure you that I purchased no such film Thanks Andrew

Try getting in touch with the Sky Store team. They have a live chat you can use from 11am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday (used to be Saturday as well), https://www.skystore.com/help/contact-us

The internet suggests that's very much not a Sky Store title.

I'd be somewhat concerned that apparent billing for such an item (which wouldn't come from Sky) may be the start of a scam.
