    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello I'm having trouble getting new Sky Store buy and keep credit downloaded to my box. There was a time when I used to be able to do it quite easily I would ring up sky and they would update the limits on my box now lately it doesn't happen. Does anyone else have this issue or is it just me.. also on a separate issue I read and I know that back in 2025 the My5 app was supposedly rolled out to all sky Q boxes however mine did not update and I did not get the My5 app downloaded to my box. Does anyone else have this issue or am I the only one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;advice much appreciated Derek Michael O’Brien sky customer since 2006 sky Q customer says 2016 and proud of it&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
