Sky VIP film reward, but how do I use it (only broadband customer -not TV)

I'm recently new to Sky for broadband and phone.
I've been getting emails saying there's a free film for me and to click to claim via MySky app,

It says to watch it on Channel 104 (I think) but I don't have access to any Sky channels with my subscription.

Am I missing something?

A bit late to the party here but I believe I know what this might be. Each week Sky shows a Sky Movies film on the Sky Showcase channel 106, for example this week it is The Bourne Identity, so any paying Sky TV customer should be able to view it.

No, as you can see no one replied here, and I made a (admittedly feeble) try at contacting Sky but gave up.

Though I have not had the offer since so maybe it was a glitch as I was new. Have you just joined?

Yes I've just joined and activated today. It's saying I can watch without a tv subscription and to download an app and watch it there/laptop!

Your issue might be different because as a new customer you get access to a free film via the Sky VIP program so it could be this so were given a code to use ?
