I'm new to Sky and was given a free movie but every time I try to go on skystore.com it just keeps loading then sends to to sky.com so I can't purchase my free movie. Any ideas what the issue is? Many thanks 👍

Make sure all your detais are filled in here so that nothing like your first or surname is missing:

Then make sure your Sky Store account is linked to your Sky ID as per this:

Sign in at skystore.com/myaccount and go to 'My Sky TV'.
Click on 'Link My Account'. (I believe this is on the far right of the screen)
Follow the instructions on the screen. You'll need your 12 digit Sky Account number or the account number of the bank you use to pay your Sky bill.
Click 'confirm'
