&lt;P&gt;This message means that either your account hasn't been set up for you to rent and Buy films&amp;nbsp;or that you have reached a spending limit that is on your account to prevent overspending.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either way you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:&lt;/P&gt;
