All it does is just keeps loading and nothing else happens I've tried through my phone and through sky stream to log in but all I get is a loading wheel

I can't seem to login to sky store, after putting in my username and password this screen just spins forever! Anyone else?

Does it work if you use a mobile data connection instead of a Wifi one ?

Who is your broadband supplier ?

Hi, I've tried mobile data and WiFi but get the same issue: my broadband is with sky

Some details might be missing on your account so try this:

Go to profile > my details > mange sky id > edit name and it will be in there. Amend the name and then go back to sky store and log in again.

You can also do this in the MySky app.

Ok, that worked and I can log in, however when I click on a film it then loops me back to sky.com every time, still signed in but no way to purchase a film?

Have you linked your Sky Store account to your Sky ID:

Sign in at skystore.com/myaccount and go to 'My Sky TV'.
Click on 'Link My Account'. (I believe this is on the far right of the screen)
Follow the instructions on the screen. You'll need your 12 digit Sky Account number or the account number of the bank you use to pay your Sky bill.
Click 'confirm'
