Tried to rent Muppet Christmcas Carol. "The programme can't be played because you have reached your spending limit."
What spending limit?
Rented on MySky on PC - charged £3.49 - still cannot find it.

All accounts have a spend limit on them but sometimes the account itself hasn't been set up for rental or buy and keep purchases so you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support. I'm not sure it they are contactable on Boxing Day but if they are they would be open from 11am to 7.30pm and can be found here and there is a live chat you can use:
