Goodwill Sky Store credit

Hello. I have been given a goodwill sky Store credit due to an issue I had and received an email saying: Don't forget you need to claim your reward. Click here.

When I click the email it just takes me to info about SKY VIP. I log in and there is nothing to say how to get the credit.

Anyone else had this and how do I claim the voucher ? It says I only have 90 days

All you can do is to ask the Sky Store people about this, I'm not sure if the live chat will be open Christmas day or not but I would have thought it would be on Saturday from the usual 11am - 7.30pm:

@caesarome advice is usually the best, but just in case, when you login here - after signing in, next to where you see your name (top left) do you see an amount of money as credit - or just £0.00 ?

They just sent it for re submission and then I got an email and it worked
