    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue, I pre-ordered Roofman and I have sent to my Sky Q from my sky store account but when I go to my sky Q purchases and try to play it asks me to purchase again as if I haven't already bought it. Is there a way to fix this or is it a bigger issue with Sky?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
