      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have recently reformatted my PC and I went to add the windows store app but I cannot find the download anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have read that support has been stopped for it. Is there any way I can download the app so I can watch my films on my device ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do not have a smart phone and I cannot stream films as the signal is too weak. I am in a rural area and it is forever buffering.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All I have is a windows 11 PC. What can I do ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky discontinued the Windows app a while back so whatching them from the Sky Store website will be the only way to view them if you are not a Sky TV customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is a service my dad uses and his internet is only ADSL at best it is 2-3 mbp/s I used to take his laptop to download fiolms for him.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are there any plans to reinstate the servidce or can the old app be installed at all ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Are sky willing to refund the films that are now unwatchable seeing as they were all boiught for him to watch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thing is the old app worked fine lastr week because I was watching it using the app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am a SKY TV customer I have the full package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I doubt very much that Sky will restore the windows app seeing now that it has been removed and as for a refund this is something&amp;nbsp;you would need to ask them about but again I doubt very much they would do this but it is worth a try, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:&lt;/P&gt;
