    <description>&lt;P&gt;I pre-ordered the film Dogma a few days ago and Sky stated the release date would by 15 December 2025.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The film is showing in MySkyStore list of purchased films but only as a 'pre-order'. There is no way to play it. Today's date is 16 December.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2308110"&gt;@AndyG999&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't comment specifically on Dogma (other than if it's the Dogma movie I know, it's a great movie)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but as for pre orders - we regularly hear they don't work properly on release day or the day after.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many customers find the best solution is to try a livechat with the Skystore support team (open till 7.30pm) with the usual solution being to cancel the pre order and re order the actual movie.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="Store" href="https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for what it's worth, I've stopped pre ordering movies.
