Tron:Ares Bonus Edition is available today (2 Dec 2025). I pre-ordered the film. I am unable to download the film to my sky q box, or watch it on my sky store app. Can you please help?

My guess is that this is one of the many pre orders we see on the forum where on the day of release there is a glitch

My suggestion would be to either - wait a day to see if it gets fixed, or chat to the support team here

For what it's worth, I have stopped preordering as it often doesn't work and I don't ever recall it saving me money.

I would presume they will cancel the pre-order which should then hopefully allow you to access the film so feel free to let us know how you get on.
