&lt;P&gt;With rented films you can only view on the device they were rented on (with Buy and Keep you can watch them on the TV) so what I suggest doing is to get in touch with Sky support to see if they will cancel this for you then you can rent it again via your Sky Tv account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Iv rented a film on sky stores using my phone, the purchase went through but when I went back to the tv I'm unable to find the film on my account. When I type it back in on the search bar it's telling me to pay again to rent the film&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
