I've brought a film and I need the sky store app to watch it which I downloaded but every time I press on it it just goes back to my Home Screen

Apologies if you tried this already - but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?

another thought - have you already changed your device once in November and the system wants you to wait till December 1st

I am having the exact same issue with the same phone brand new iPhone 17 - I have tried uninstalling and every time I go to log in it throws me out back to the main screen of my iPhone

I am having the same issue with my iPhone 15. I haven't used the app for a while and I have just noticed that I was signed out. Like you when I try to sign in the app crashes. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still have the same problem.
I have checked on skystore.com and my iPad is the only device showing as registered.
I am hoping that someone will be able to assist us.

I am unable to sign in to the Sky Store app on my iPhone. Hit sign in and closes immediately. Have had confirmation from Sky Store support that there is an ongoing issue with iPhone 15 and above with last iOS update. They are working with Apple to resolve.
