Recently re-joined Sky and every day I get an email reminding me to redeem my first (SKY VIP) reward (a free movie). Lovely gesture but when I click on the link it takes me to a list of movies but having clicked on quite a few of them so far, none are free. No promo code was sent with the email either. Anyone able to help or will I just keep being sent the same email forever with no hope of ever actually being able to claim a free movie...

Thanks for this, I have heard back from Sky, I needed to accept the gift within the My Sky app before it would be activated in the Sky Store. All sorted now.
