There does seem to be an issue with roku's at present as others have also reported similar issues as you can see here:

I'm just a customer like you so I have no idea when this is likely to be fixed so if you haven't another device you can install the Sky Store app on to access them or you are not a paying Sky TV customer then all you can do is to ask Sky about this:
