Skystore movie not playing

Hi please can anyone suggest a fix for a movie trilogy i purchased on the skystore app that won't open or play i have checked all all my other purchased movies all ok message just says error retry this is just from my 2024 phone I have tried uninstall and reapplying the app still the same outcome

Morning Mike many thanks for the prompt reply it was the Blade trilogy I bought on offer back in August not sure if trilogy is available but the individual movies are thanks for the link to contact sky support i will give that a go
