      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased a film yesterday and went to watch it but it won't load. In fact it boots out out entirely!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will play all other purchased films just not that one!?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using sky store app on smart tv. I have tried updates - all good / logging out and back in.,. deleting the app and reinstalling. &amp;nbsp;But still it won't play.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4518026"&gt;@AEJ1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming you must be using an LG TV, &amp;nbsp;we've seen other reports on the forum of slightly older LGs not running the store properly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My own LG is 2021 and works fine but from memory the TVs with problems were pre 2020.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might possibly be worth chatting to LG customer support just in case they have any knowledge about it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's definitely not all LGs, but definitely some of them. If you get any info it would be useful if you could post back about it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you haven't tried it already, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. Also - make sure your LG itself is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all - thanks for all your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I may not have been clear in my original message as we use a Now stick (powered by ROKU).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to sky store today and they are aware of Now/ Roku issues and are working on a fix, which will be rolled out soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks again for all your super suggestions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
