    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you renting on your Sky box&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4488036"&gt;@Haff1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, we often hear of customer's credit limits being reset to £0 (not because of anything the customer has done wrong - just so a credit limit can be set up and agreed with the customer )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yours is the same - it can usually be fixed easily with a live chat to the Skystore support team - but they don't open till 11am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is a link for them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="Store" href="https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just so you know - if you rent online / Skystore app - you CAN'T send a rental to your Sky box from online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
