I have chosen a movie from the list and it won't let me redeem it with my offer code

Over the last 7 days we have had several reports of offer codes not working.

I'm only guessing but assuming your issue is the same as the others (did your code say "already used" ?)

then

the only solution seemed to be a live chat with the Skystore support team where some customers reported they were offered a replacement movie.

They don't open again though till Monday 11am.

Its now worked, but had to pick a different movie as quite a few on the list they gave didnt work. Thank you for your reply 😊

Thanks Ben for letting me know but my code was just not being recognised. Didn't come up with any messages saying that it was used. I will try to talk to somebody in Customer Services but again it's a waste of time. I've been with with Sky for the last 20+ years years
