The 48 hour "to complete your viewing" window starts when you press play for the first time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have heard of occasions where the Skystore support team have allowed a goodwill re rental of a movie in the circumstances you have faced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does no harm to ask although the support team are not open again till 11am Thursday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope they are helpful if you manage to get through ok to a person (the chatbot can be a bit stubborn )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are just customers like you so can't really do anything to assist further apart from offer a good contact link&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="Store" href="https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The playing 48 hours starts the moment you press play.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
