Same here. I rang the helpdesk up and they said they would take it off my account but it's still there. I'm going to have to ring them on Monday to get it sorted.

When you selected the free movie did you do so via the Sky Store website and if so and if you were sent a code did you then enter it on the next page as per this:

If you were not sent a code when you ordered the title was it shown as being £0.00 in price ?

I had an email and went through the link on that. This showed an error a few times, so I then went through Sky Store on my tv but it didn't give me the option to enter a code, it just went straight through. I have rung them again this morning and they said a credit should be applied by the end of today. But I won't hold my breath.

I'm not sure how it was supposed to work but via the website I believe you enter the code on the basket page as per my previous post.
