I downloaded a free movie last night, I am a diamond VIP member. You have acknowledged the order br e mail but I did not receive the movie.

Was it a rental or buy and keep ?

Which device did you order it on - and which are you trying to play it on

if it was a buy and keep, if you search for that movie (exact same version) by name on your Sky box - does it show as "purchased" ?

Hi thanks for your response.

I downloaded it on my desktop pc.

In purchases its doesnt show any evidence of my order, but I do have the acknowledgement e mail from SKY. ( Settle in and press play)
