Hi, I've purchased this movie and now I can't download it. It just says error retry and I can't stream it either. Can you help please?

Can you say a bit more about on which device you bought it and on which device you are trying to download it.

Buy and keep, or rental ?

Sure, sorry.... I bought it on the main sky Q box and then downloaded it to my sons iPad, it did work but now doesn't and I also get the same issue on my iPad when I try it instead
