      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also, Found out from Sky that certain movie/rentals will not play at the moment due to a Sky technical fault which they are working on at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the end I was told I would receive a refund for my unwatched rental on my Sky bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
