I have attempted three time to use my voucher prior to the 30th September and yet every time is says technical difficulty?

I wish to order the new lilo and stint h but don't want to miss out

Have exactly the same issue. Though it now tells me that the voucher is redeemed when it isn't

Unfortunately live chat comes up with an error also when I try that. I've emailed them
