VIP reward voucher

Received a free vip movie voucher

first the voucher code is not working, I receive a technical error, when I try again later, it says the voucher is already redeemed and yet I have not received the movie

After selecting the movie at £9.99 (voucher valid to 13.99)

I hit the BUY button and entered the voucher code, it was after this that I received technical error msg and things start to go wrong

please advise

We have seen a few of these today @Pantzz

Best advice is probably to follow the advice from the discussion in the thread below and chat to Skystore support when they open tomorrow at 11am
