Unable to buy Superman (2025) bonus edition say not in UK when I am.I can buy Superman with no bonus with no problem but it's not the one I want.

If you google the Bonus edition @Totalwar2 it does provide a link to it on Skystore but again - it has the UK error message (I'm in the UK and not using a VPN by the way)

my guess is that it will be fixed in a day but I must offer my apologies for suggesting you contact the Skystore livechat.

I just tried it for 15 minutes but no matter how I tried I could not get past the virtual assistant

For a few years when I am out of ideas I do suggest the livechat but I may have to re evaluate that if today was anything to go on.

@caesarome - have you been on there recently?

Managed to speak to someone through the live chat and there has been a problem with the bonus edition so it hasn't gone live yet. They said they are hoping to have on there by the end of the day

I spoke to sky and have been told there is an issue with the bonus content and will be resolved later today or in the morning.

How is it i had to Google this issue, to find out everyone who got this edition is also having an issue? Why in the hell didn't Sky inform us by email or something?

Not a single person can justify why they didnt inform anybody, and dont bother trying to get past the AI "help" they have on the website so you can talk with a real person, it's shockingly bad.

also had the can't buy your not in the UK a few times but it been a while since I had it.

Hmm not sure which version I ordered but I can't watch it whichever version it is only the trailer and Im scared to purchase it on sky store incase they charge me twice and Im not able to use the live chat for the next two days because of the 12 hr shifts I'm on fuming right now

Hi all, I rang sky today and was told that the normal superman edition is fine butthr bonus edition is experiencing problems as there is an issue with some of the bonus content glitches. I was told it was a priority and it should be sorted by the end of the day. Although it's 11pm and I still can't download it.

Thing is I'm not actually sure I pre ordered the bonus one. It doesn't say bonus one in my preorder it just says HD digital copy. I've emailed Sky store but I'm none too confident of them sorting this out for me at least anytime soon. Note to self I should have known better and waited for release day and ordered from Amazon. When my 12 hrs finish I'll be requesting it's cancelled but I can't do a thing until Friday now so Im not happy but like I say I should definitely have known better

Soooo annoying and Im on 12 hr shifts until Friday so I can't even contact Sky store. I sent an email but past experience tells me that will get me absolutely nowhere
