&lt;P&gt;If it was a rented film then deleted it and delete it again from the deleted folder as doing so should then allow you to download the HD version. It might be worth keeping an eye on your Sky bill even though you shouldn't be billed for it due to not starting to watch it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Or if you pressed play on the rental)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
