Evening, ive brought a film on sky store and accidentally downloaded in uhd instead of HD. My TV won't play uhd if someone can help please

Hi @Womblez

If you rent a movie on your Sky box (as opposed to online) then if you haven't pressed play (which you can't have) then you should not be charged.

So my suggestion would be to delete your UHD movie. Then delete it again from your "deleted recordings" section.

Then start again and rent it in HD.

That should work ok but I would still suggest keeping an eye on your Sky bill to make sure you are only charged once.

You shouldn't be charged as you haven't started to watch the UHD version but if for some reason you are then there is a live chat here you can use to contact Sky about it:
