Sky store gift didn’t work

hi, did anyone else have problems with trying to download the free gift? I tried multiple times (before 31st May) and it wouldn't do anything. I have tried technical help but gone round in circles multiple times - and similar with the phone line.

Sadly it will be to late to do anything now due to the offer finishing but should you have issues again you could either post here to see if us fellow customers can help or there is a live chat to the Sky Store help team that you can use here:

A few hundred people posted on here (before May31st) to say they had problems locating the "sky store free gift" tile in the Sky Q menu

The overwhelming majority found it once they knew where to look and what to do.

The tile moved around a bit but usually was in the Sky Q menu - Skystore/ featured/ top picks

There's nothing to stop you trying a livechat with the Skystore team to explain the problem you had and to ask for a goodwill gesture. I've no idea if they have any options to do that 11 days after the date, but nothing to stop you asking
