How do you link Skystore to Sky tv?

i have a vip movie in my library but can't view on tv until i link them

Hi @JanetM17

if you log in to the Skystore website online

https://www.skystore.com/

then after logging in, you should see your name. Click on that and you should see "my account"

click on that and looking down there should be an option to provide details of your Sky TV account - which should link the two

edit: having done that, when you then see your movie in the online library, you should see an option to select it and "send to Sky box"

this is if you have Sky Q. May be different for other platforms

Thanks for that info. I think problem is thst we don't have Sky Q, we have Sky Streaming (still have a box).
I will go and speak to the Sky man in Newcastle on Monday to see if there is anything we can do

I don't have Sky stream myself, but so far as I know with Stream, you just go to your stream menu - then - movies - apps and open the Skystore app.
