I have a problem with three of the downloaded films on Sky store -

When i click on recordings then scroll down to purchases and look through my purchased downloaded films its always the same three films which i downloaded don't have a thumbnail picture of the film bought, I've done what is asked of me by redownloading the three films on sky.com with no joy of solvingthis fault!!

Well that's an odd one

sorry but I don't have an answer. My (hardly original) suggestion would be for you to archive the downloaded movie. Then go to Skystore online, login, select your movie and choose "send to Sky box" but it sounds like you may have done this.

Do the blank tiles show the names of the movies ? Odd one - maybe someone else on here might have a better suggestion
