Got a email saying free movie for the sky downtime recently.but can't find it anywhere. It said

TV homepage and visit SkyStore. Click on the ‘Your SkyStore gift on us’ tile and choose your movie.

done what it said but can't find gift on us anywhere

help please

I have the same issue, there is no option to select the free 'gift on us' The email does not give instructions on how to download the free gift.

The email states to go through the Sky store from TV home page - just no options for a free movie 😞 Anything I click on has a cost associated to it

Are you a Sky Q customer and if so in the Sky Store section do you see a "Your Sky Store gift on us" option as it is this is you need to click on.

Yes, Sky Q customer (from launch) and no, that option isn't available, and of course the email is from a "no-reply" email address. I nice gesture by Sky, however they haven't quite thought it through!

Through another thread there's a photo of where to find it, as it doesn't leap out at you. Wow, what a selection... I appreciate the gesture from Sky, however as a subscriber to Sky cinema at 4k HDR level there's nothing that A) interests me, B) I haven't seen already and C) is higher quality than HD. I'll pass on that.... Now, if it was a selection of new releasese, that would have been worth while...

The email you received does explain what you need to do. Go to Sky Store and then find the "Your Sky Store gift on us" tile.

Loss of service but all get offered is a free selection of old movies .. it's disgusting service you would think would be a box office one for all the dress and disruption caused

I have a message from sky regarding disruption and have been given a free movie. there should be a box that says free gift on us, but we cannot find this and it is still asking us to pay for the movie
