When I try to purchase or rent a movie I get a message saying Insufficient credit on your viewing card....

I have never had this message before so not sure what's wrong

It might be that a spending limit on your account has been reached, either way if you use the live chat tomorrow (from 11am) they will be able to fix it for you as this is quite a common issue.
