Why can’t I rent Conclave?

It's topical, and I thought I'd like to rent Conclave, but when I go to the Sky Store and select it, I get 'Sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available' displayed on screen. What does that mean? Why can't I rent it?

What platform are you trying to rent it on ?

I have Sky Q and it's certainly available to rent there.

If you search with the magnifying glass remote icon on your Sky Q box for Conclave, does it appear ? It does for me.

For me it's just there and available to rent from £4.99 to £6.99 depending on the format you select

I've been going via Sky Store, then I have the option to 'rent from £3.49'. Conclave appears, but I get the message I mentioned. I've selected other films shown and am offered the option to pay.

Well I can confirm it's working for me @Feebs3758

It might be worth trying the "power off at the mains plug, leave it off for a full minute(to allow all the components to fully discharge) then power back on. "

other than that I would try a live chat with the Skystore support team when they next open at 11am Wednesday

I have the same issue tonight. Conclave simply won't play on Sky Store, though I rented it yesterday and still have 24 hours to watch

I have the same issue. I bought it on Monday but yesterday and today, I'm getting "Your selection is unavailable at the moment. Please try again. (Code 0805)"

If you are free later this morning, my suggestion would be to logon to the livechat st 10.58am and wait a couple of minutes. On this occasions I've needed the support team that has worked.

hope it's a good movie once you get to view it
