Downloaded rental has dissappeared

I downloaded for rental Conclave on the 2/4/2025 knowing that we had until the 8/4/2025 to view it. We watched half but when we went to view the 2nd half on the 5th it had completely dissappeared. I paid £4.99 for the pleasure and certainly haven't got what I paid for.

Although the rental window gives you a week to start viewing, one you start to watch you only have 48 hours to complete the viewing

The best thing I can suggest is that the Skystore support team open their livechat at 11am. I would suggest you ask them if they will allow you a goodwill rental of the same movie so you can finish watching.

This does catch quite a few people out as that date will have changed when you started to view it as explained above by @mike+simmonds
