      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/304654"&gt;@emma+55&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There used to be a line in the terms and conditions to say that on a Sky Q rental, you only get charged once you press play and start to watch. &amp;nbsp;So theoretically in your (no UHD TV) circumstances you could delete the rental / then delete it again (out of your recordings / manage / deleted menu) - and then re rent it in HD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;However&lt;/STRONG&gt; - I've not been able to find that line when I look through the terms, &amp;nbsp;so my suggestion if you have actually been charged is to try a live chat with the Skystore support team when they next open at 11am Monday.
