Yes I've had it for over 20 years, just changed to sky q and that's when it stopped working. Been onto Sky who say my limit is fine so can't work it out

Could you explain a bit more of the detail of what you are experiencing. What error messages if any ? Are these problems when you are buying / renting on your new Sky Q box ?
